Fiber Warranty Premium

Sheet metal processing companies that own a Bystronic fiber laser cutting system benefit not only from fast and precise cutting, outstanding quality, and premium service, but thanks to the Fiber Warranty Premium Package, they also enjoy a high degree of operational security for their fiber laser cutting business.

With this package, Bystronic extends * the comprehensive service for laser sources when purchasing a new ByStar Fiber, BySmart Fiber, or BySprint Fiber laser cutting system up to a maximum of five years – starting even from the basic model. For users, this new warranty package offers comprehensive operational security and protection.

Because in the event of a warranty claim, Bystronic replaces the parts and components of the fiber laser source quickly and free of charge. Our certified service technicians are rapidly on site and use only original spare parts.

The warranty covers the complete laser source, with the exception of the feed fiber and the cutting head. The cutting hours during the warranty period are unlimited. The costs for the work of the service technicians are excluded from the warranty coverage.
